Sobre la presencia de Lagocephalus lagocephalus (L.), 1758 (Pisces, Lagocephalidae) en las costas catalanas

Abstract

Two specimens of Lagocephalus lagocephalus (L.) 1758 were captured with a long-line in the coastal waters of Sant Pol de Mar (Barcelona): a female of 559 mm and a mde of 530 mm of total length and both prepared for spawning. Some data on their biometrical and meristic characters, biology and distribution in the western Mediterranean are given.
