Abstract

Contribution to the study of distribution of Cetaceans in the Mediterranean and Iberian
Atlantic waters
New data on the distribution of eight species of Cetaceans (Globicephala rnelaena, Grarnpus griseus, Physeter rnacrocephalus, Orcinus orca, Delphinus delphis, Stenella coeruleoalba, Tursiops truncatus and Balaenoptera physalus) during the years 1982, 1983 and 1984 are presented. The sights have been reported by commercial and army vessels. The area of distribution is both in the Mediterranean Sea and in the Atlantic Ocean.
