Two new species of ldiomacromerus Crawford (Hymenoptera, Chalcidoidea, Torymidae) from Spain

Abstract

Two new species of ldiomacromerus are described frorn the Monegros region. One species, l. conicollis has a conical pronotum and is partly brachypterous, the first example of wing reduction to be recorded in Torymidae; the second species, I. longicornis, is a parasitoid in cecidomyiid (Diptera) galls on Salsola and is characterized by long antennae and ovipositor and a bicoloured thorax.
