Resumen

Distribution andphenology of Tenebrionidae (Coleoptera) from the Sierra Subbética (Corduva)
Eighteen Tenebrionidae species collected in the Sierra Subbética (S. Iberian Peninsula) have been identified. Three are new to the province of Corduva and all of them are cited for the first time in the study area. Alphasida baezensis is collected for the first time after its description in 1922. Alphasida elongata, Scaurus punctatus, Dendarus aubei, Dendarus elongatus, Heliopathes subimpressus, Crypticus gibbulus and Belopus elongatus are the most abundant species in the area; the first. second. fourth and fifth ones show a wider distribution. Cossyphus hoffmannseggi, Dendarus aubei and Belopus elogatus are typical for the Karst depression.
