La migración postnupcial del Mirlo Capiblanco (Turdus torquatus L.) en una zona de influencia de la Sierra del Montsant (Tarragona)

Autumn migration of the Ring Ouzel (Turdus torquatus L.) in the Montsant mountains (Tarragona)
Data were coliected on the autumn migration of the Ring Ouzel in the years 1981-1986, with the exception of 1983. Aitogether 439 individuals were recorded in 80 separate observations. Migration takes place between the 5th and the 25th October, although within this period some significant differences can appear between years. Mixed flocks of Turdus torquatus torquatus and Turdus torquatus alpestris have been observed. The high numbers of T. t. torquatus recorded in the area suggest that this subespecies uses a more easterly route than had previously been supposed on the basis of ringing recoveries.
