Resumen

Description of two species of the genus Armadillidiurn Brandt, near or belonging to the Serratum group: A. espanyoli n. sp. and A. pretusi n. sp. (Isopoda, Oniscidea, Armadillidiidae)
Armadillidium espanyoli n. sp. from Castellón (Spain) and Armadillidium pretusi n. sp. from Mallorca (Spain), are described. These species are near or belonge to the Serratum group, such as it was defined by Vandel (1956). A. espanyoli n. sp. presents the smooth tegument as A. strinatii Vandel, !960. It is near to thisgroup becauseof the pseudo-spherical shape of the body, the pleuro-epimeres and neo-pleures which are clearly oblique and the cephalon which is double-careening. However, its tegument is completely flat, which prevents its perfect inclusion in this group. A. pretusi n. sp. belongs to the Serratum group and has some hypertrophied granulations which are the biggest ones known in the species of the group.
