South African Anohiidae (Coleoptera, Bostrychoidea). 4th note. New data on the sections Mirosternus Sharp oiid Dorcatoma Herhst
The generic cornplex Pseudodorcatomu Pic- Cryptoramorphus White of questionablc existance since they might be synonimous, is revised, and in the doubt both genera are rnaintained. A new species is described which characters fit the Cryptoramorphus White definition (C. elongatus n. sp.), it differs frorn its congenera by its slender body twice the length than the width. A new genus and species, Lesnerina africana n. gen., n. sp., are also described and placed in the vicinity of Mirosternus Sharp sharing with it nurnerous particularities. They differ frorn the latter by the 10 segmented antennae, 11 in its opponent, by its elytral striation accornplished and well irnpressed, without it in Mirosternus Sharp, by the first abdominal segrnent without intercoxal plate, with it in its opponent, by the remarcable growth of the infra-cephalic and prosternal excavations, and by the very particular pattern of aedeagus. Two new species of the genus Mizodorcatoma Hayashi and Caenocara Herbst, both of the Dorcatoma Herbst section are described. M. transvaalensis n. sp. is characterized by the antennae with 11 segrnents, the elytra at side with three striae, the fifth ventral segment more than the two preceding united, and by numerous particularities of asymmetrical aedeagus. C. hortentotta n. sp., has nine segment antennae, the fifth ventral segrnent subequal to the two preceding together and symmetrical aedeagus.
