Alimentación de la Graja (Corvus frugilegus) durante el período reproductor en la provincia de León

Feeding of the Rook (Corvus frugilegus) during the breeding season in theprovince of León
Feeding of the Rook (Corvus frugilegus) during the breeding season is studied for the first time in the Iberian Peninsula. 130 crops were analized, being the volume composition of 33.75% animal, 50.25% vegetal and 14% mineral. Population density of this species is very low (1700 birds). The application of the Animal Factor of Agricultural Influence Index (FAIA = 0.64) shows the low incidence of Rooks on the agriculture.
